۱. از هفته پيش که پيک‌نيک رفتم پشه‌ها وقيحانه پاهام رو نيش زدن . نمی‌دونم چرا مثل لرد ولدمورت که نزديک می‌شد پيشونی هری پاتر سوزش می‌گرفت، جای نيش اينا هم وقتی استادم مياد توی لب خارش می‌گيره.
۲. يهويی امروز پسورد اکانت شريف (که سه سال بود استفاده نکرده بودم) يادم اومد. رفتم ايميل‌هام رو چک کردم! بگذريم که چقدر نوستالژيک شدم (هرچند به‌هيچ‌وجه نمی‌خوام به اون زمان برگردم). ولی يه ايميل خدا پيدا کردم. سال سوم که بودم توی کلاس «ديتا بيس» بين استاد و دانشجوها و کمک استاد درگيری خفيفی پيش اومد که به دعواهای ايميلی کشيده شد. من هم ريش سفيدی کردم و ايميل پايين رو برای استاد و همه کلاس فرستادم که بين طرفين صلح برقرار کنم (بگذريم که حق‌کشی کردن و نوبل صلح رو به شيرين عبادی دادن). اين ايميل دقيقا در ۲۸ دسامبر ۲۰۰۱ نوشته شده. وقتی خوندمش زير لب واسه خودم «آخی نازی» زمزمه کردم.

I didn't intend to write anything considering the current mayhem in the
mailing list, meanwhile
Peyman's Email, my dear friend, led me to drop these lines:
Have you ever contemplated about what's going on? what's happening? Who
are we? a bunch of guys
that accuse and execute eachother in our spare time? As far as I know, we,
all, are going to be
future engineers. We have to work with eachother and moreover we have to
keep in touch
with so many people including customers, supervisees, supervisors and etc.
Now if we can't reach to
a peace at this very step, how can we handle future inconveniences and
conflicts which involve money,
rank and many other important things?
I think all these problems stem from the lack of close (and intimate!)
contact between students
and the TA. This is the scenario: a group of students put some messages in
the mailing list, TA
replies (no matter soon or late). Then this procedure repeats. Some
misunderstandings arise. A
group complain to the teacher about the TA and project. He talks with TA
and gives the result to the
students. You see? All the contacts are indirect.
Peyman mentioned the lazy students. I, myself, as a typical student,
only decide to write the
projects which encourage me. As I downloaded the project text from the
webpage and read it, the first
thing that came to my mind (with some censorship!) was "oh! Another boring,
bug-prone project! By the
way where is input and output format? why is the description so short?,,,"
(I don't mean that my mind
thinks in english, I actually translated it!). From that moment on,
everyday I came to uni I heard
various people's complaints about the project. I swear to god (and any
other holy beings in the whole world
you ask me to swear!) it's the first time this happens to me. My motive to
write it was so low. And I
gave it up many times under many pretext from reading newspaper to calling
my friend Mehran Motamed!!!
Well, it has become boring enough. I think it's much better that Dr.
Jalili and the TA postpone
deadline. As I agree with most of the content of Peyman's Email, I consider
all of this matter a
misunderstanding not any particular person's failure.
